Circle of Care

Each of our patients is treated with the "Circle of Care," consisting of the following steps:

  1. Computerized Registration 
  2. Consultation with a Doctor 
  3. Blood work done at the Lab 
  4. Body-Mass-Index and Blood Pressure Test 
  5. Eyes checked by an Optometrist 
  6. Feet checked by a Nurse 
  7. Consultation with a dietician 
  8. Dental hygiene checked 
  9. Retrieve Medication from Pharmacy
