Your sponsorship of an child patient in the amount of $50/month for a year provides treatment for a child with diabetes. 

Many diabetic children come to our AIMS Sugar Hospital in dire need of medical attention and care. We take each of them as our own and provide them with the best treatment possible. They are provided the following:

• Physician Consultation
• Continuous access to insulin, glucometers, test strips, syringes
• Hemoglobin A1C test every three months
• Lipid function test every three months
• Appointment with eye-care specialist every two months
• Appointment with foot-care specialist every two months
